how long does it take to receive my order?

All in-stock designed purchased from here takes 2-3 business days for each proof. Once the final proof is approved, your order moves into processing. You will either be emailed your final PDFs for printing at home or you will be sent an online printing invoice if you opt for Howl’s printing service. Once you have paid the invoice, you will receive your order in 7-8 business days via UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped.
For brides who opt for a custom suite, we ask that you allow at least 6 weeks from start to finish for your invitations.
can i have a custom design? i know what i want, but don’t see anything in your existing portfolio that’s quite right for my day.
Of course! Custom design starts at $75 for three pieces. The process goes something like this. You shoot me an e-mail or we meet and discuss what you’re thinking. You are also welcome to show me inspiration photos you’ve found online or in magazines or share other aspects of your wedding day, so I have an understanding of what you have in mind. Within 1 week, I e-mail you first proofs, and then we discuss these and work to shape the design into everything you’ve envisioned.
can i change the color of items on your in-stock invitations?
Most likely, yes. All fonts and most design elements can be changed. Download our color chart here.
if i print through howl, what type of paper can i expect?
The best! We love paper. We offer several different types of paper including Kraft, Linen, Cotton Stock and a selection of shimmer pearl papers. All of our papers are thick with the lightest being 110 lb. and heaviest 140 lb. You can order a paper sample kit by clicking here.
do you do other items besides invitations?
Yes, you can order pretty much any other wedding paper goods for your day. We have done programs, table numbers, seating charts, etc. Please inquire through e-mail on pricing and availability.
is there a minimum order on invitations?
Yes, on all paper goods there is a minimum order of 50 items.
do you offer envelope addressing?
No, not at this time.
I’ve heard about your maps. How does that work?
We offer an adorable map add-on. We recreate your locations with a street map that matches your suite. Extra costs concur for specific illustrations of buildings or landmarks.
do you work with international brides?
Yes, all the time! International brides can order printable invitations and paper good from Howl. We can change sizing to better fit international postal rates and paper sizes. However, we currently do not ship printed paper goods outside of the U.S., so we ask that international brides work with an outside printer.
